Shipping policy
International shipping
AURAYA ships to selected international destinations. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout after you enter a complete delivery address.
We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. We do not currently ship to destinations outside this list.
If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact AURAYA before placing an order. A country or region shown in the storefront selector does not by itself confirm shipping eligibility.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping is $5.99 USD for orders below $69 USD.
- Free standard shipping applies to orders of $69 USD or more.
- Where express shipping is offered, its availability, cost, and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout for the eligible address and order.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are generally confirmed, prepared, quality-checked, and packed within 2–5 business days before dispatch. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. We may need additional time where an order requires address clarification, inventory review, or another necessary order check.
Estimated delivery times
United States and Australia
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 12–15 business days after dispatch. Including processing, please allow approximately 14–20 business days from order placement.
Other eligible international destinations

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier handling, customs processing, weather, remote-area service, and local delivery conditions can affect the final delivery date.
Tracking and delivery updates
When tracking is available, it is sent by email after dispatch. Please allow the carrier time to register its first scan. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or indicates a delivery exception, contact AURAYA with your order number and we will review the shipment with you.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or local fees assessed by the destination country or region. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Address changes and undeliverable packages
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. We may be able to help with an address-change request before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier.
If a package is returned because an address is incomplete, incorrect, unclaimed, or a delivery attempt cannot be completed, please contact AURAYA so that we can review the available options. Original shipping charges are non-refundable where they were paid. We cannot guarantee a refund for a package that cannot be delivered because of customer-provided address information or a refused delivery unrelated to a verified issue.
Shipping-related damage and product-quality issues
If a package arrives visibly damaged, contact AURAYA within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. For a verified shipping-related damage or product-quality issue, AURAYA will provide an appropriate resolution under the Return & Exchange Policy. Customers will not be charged costs caused by a verified issue.
