1. Order Processing

Most AURAYA orders are prepared, quality-checked, and packed within 3–5 business days before dispatch.

Some limited or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time. If your order needs a longer timeline, we will note this clearly or contact you before shipment.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected international destinations, including:

North America: United States, Canada
Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR

Available shipping destinations may vary at checkout. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are not able to ship to your location at this time.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping:
$5.99 USD for orders from $0.00–$68.99.
Estimated transit time after dispatch: 5–8 business days.

Free Shipping:
Free standard shipping on orders of $69.00 USD or more.
Estimated transit time after dispatch: 5–8 business days.

Express Shipping:
$12.99 USD for eligible orders.
Estimated transit time after dispatch: 3–5 business days.

Please note: Shipping time does not include the initial 3–5 business day order processing time.

4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

Most standard or free shipping orders arrive within approximately 8–13 business days after the order is placed, including processing and transit time.

Express shipping usually arrives faster after dispatch, but it does not shorten the initial processing time.

Delivery times may vary due to weekends, holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, local delivery conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses.

5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@aurayajewelry.com with your order number.

6. Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be applied by your destination country or region.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. AURAYA does not control these fees.

7. Lost or Delivered Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building mailroom, or the local carrier first.
