We offer standard shipping, free standard shipping on orders over $69 USD, and express shipping for eligible orders.

Standard and free shipping usually take 5–8 business days after dispatch. Express shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping time does not include the initial 3–5 business day order processing time.

PACKAGING

Every AURAYA order is packed in a branded jewelry box and pouch, designed for gifting and everyday storage.

If your order is a gift and you would like to include a short message, please contact us at support@aurayajewelry.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order.

After this period, your order may already be in preparation or production, and we may not be able to cancel or change it.
