AURAYA currently ships to selected international destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, and Macao SAR.

How long does AURAYA shipping take?
Most orders are prepared within 3–5 business days before dispatch. Standard and free shipping usually take 5–8 business days after dispatch.
This means most standard or free shipping orders arrive within approximately 8–13 business days after the order is placed.
Does AURAYA offer free shipping?
Yes. AURAYA offers free standard shipping on orders over $69 USD.
Does express shipping make my order process faster?
Express shipping shortens carrier transit time after dispatch, but it does not shorten the initial 3–5 business day order processing time.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
